Where is Newport Manor located?
Newport Manor is on Mercury Blvd in the Newmarket Shopping Center in Newport News, VA.

Are you open in the rain?
Absolutely! Newport Manor is an indoor attraction and the outside queue line is under a covered walkway.

Are the creatures at Newport Manor allowed to touch you?
The creatures that inhabit our walls will not touch you but they will come very close to you. Occasionally you may brush up against them by accident.

Are there any age restrictions for Manor?
Newport Manor is recommended for adults and teens, but younger kids may come if parents choose to bring them. Bringing babies though is NOT recommended. There are no refunds if anyone decides not to finish the haunt. There are emergency exits for those too scared to continue.

Can we be thrown out of Newport Manor for any reason?
Yes. We do not allow alcohol, foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, or weapons of any kind. Newport Manor also has a list of posted rules that must be adhered to for your own safety.

Is there security at Newport Manor?
Newport Manor has trained security at all times. We rarely have any problems but are prepared for any that may arise.

Is smoking permitted in Newport Manor?
Absolutely NO smoking, lighters, or open flame of any kind allowed inside.

Is Newpor Manor scary?
Newport Manor is a high startle, high scare attractions. Your senses will be assaulted from start to finish. Depends Undergarments are on sale at the box office!

If I'm in line by closing time, will I get in?
YES! We will be open until every customer has been able to go through.
